Day 1 of the Health & Fitness Challenge

"Exercise not only changes your body, but it also changes your mind, your attitude, and your mood." 

Regular physical activity is key to managing your weight. You gain weight when you consume more calories than you burn, including those burned during physical activity.

To maintain your weight: Work your way up to 150 minutes a week of moderate physical activity, such as dancing or yard work. You could achieve the goal of 150 minutes a week with 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Owing to our busy schedules, we often end up eating light breakfasts and stuffing ourselves at dinner. As a result of this unhealthy lifestyle, most of us are prone to several health issues, including obesity, risk of heart disease, and blood sugar.

Health experts recommend that dinner should be the lightest meal of the day, but we often do the reverse. This unhealthy lifestyle can lead to obesity, heart disease, and blood sugar problems. To avoid these health risks, try eating a balanced & light breakfast and dinner.

If you're looking to improve your health, experts suggest eating dinner before  8 pm. Eating an early, light dinner has been shown to improve sleep, digestion, and metabolism and reduce blood pressure. By making this one simple change, you could see a major improvement in your overall health!
